Role Description
The Planned Care Services Coordinator will be part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting patients across all clinical services to receive timely access to planned care services. This fixed-term full-time position reports to the Planned Care Services Manager and provides an opportunity to positively contribute to the delivery of planned care services for the growing Bay of Plenty population.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in a large complex environment, provide high-quality data analysis and reporting, and support wider planned care teams to achieve Health New Zealand objectives for planned care. You should also be willing to support project work within the organization and have a working knowledge of the patient management system WebPAS and planned care service processes.
