About the Role

We are seeking an expert service provider to join our team as a subject matter expert in fulfillment and system support. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to internal and external customers, working closely with various stakeholders, including consultant support teams, brands, procurement, project management, vendors, and management.

Your key responsibilities will include handling complex support requests, identifying opportunities to simplify or streamline operational processes, collaborating with supply business improvement managers to optimize processes, and engaging with stakeholders to communicate business risks and opportunities.

You will also be responsible for completing testing and deployment of new solutions, managing knowledge articles, and providing expertise for upskilling of support and offshore team members. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional results while maintaining a positive and collaborative working environment.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of travel industry experience
  • 3+ years' experience in ticketing
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge in ticketing workflows
  • Experience working with GDS systems, content and air distribution, multi-GDS knowledge, and Oasis ticketing experience
