Judicial Administration Expert

**Key Responsibilities**
We are seeking a highly skilled Court Registry Officer to join our team in the New Zealand Ministry of Justice, Waikato. This is a 7-month fixed-term, full-time position.
In this role, you will work closely with a team responsible for the smooth operation of the Court. You will liaise with various stakeholders interacting with the justice system, including Judges, jurors, and other members of the judiciary.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Court Processes: facilitating the running of the court, introducing Judges (in English and Te Reo Maori), working closely with them in the courtroom and chambers, managing jurors, and general administration of the court.
- Coordinating Cases: ensuring that the Judiciary and case parties have all the necessary information, and that logistics are in place to ensure cases are heard in a timely and effortless manner.
- Providing Customer Support: interacting with customers on any court-related matter, handling customer queries via face-to-face, phone, or email interactions.
