The Ideal Candidate

As a technical project manager at White Rabbit Group, you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch solutions to our clients. You will work directly with our clients and partners to drive projects forward, leveraging your technical expertise to architect features and interact with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the implementation of project tasks and milestones
- Participate early in the pre-sales cycle through implementation and customer sign-off
- Deliver applications from the initial discovery meeting to production launch
- Oversee project deliverables, including developing the statement of work and maintaining a timeline
- Keep customers updated on project progress via regular status reports
- Manage project finances to ensure accurate invoicing
- Maintain quality control throughout the project to meet customer goals and expectations
- Monitor progress and milestones during the project timeline, addressing risks to minimize losses and prevent scope creep
- Organize and lead internal team meetings, as well as customer-facing calls
- Collaborate with and supervise team members in other locations, including India and Colombia
- Facilitate communication between our sales/business development team and customers, as well as between customers and technical teams
- Prepare agendas and materials, conduct meetings, distribute notes and action items, and follow up on discussed deliverables
- Supervise web development and mobile app development
- Create web app diagrams and develop discovery plans for development

Required Qualifications

- At least 4 years of experience
- Proficient understanding of software development methodologies, consulting principles, and common web and application structures
- Work within the Pacific Time Zone
- Strong technical foundation
- Exceptional project management and client handling skills
- Ability to perform hands-on technical work when required
- Background in IT or a related field
- Familiarity with coding best practices
- Capacity to adjust and address project priorities and challenges effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers
- Solid background in project management methodologies (including Agile, Kanban, and Scrum)
- Leadership abilities to drive projects towards successful completion and exceed customer expectations
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently to solve problems and tackle complex customers
- Outstanding customer-facing and project management skills
- High attention to deadlines and details
