What We're Looking ForThe project management team is at the forefront of White Rabbit Group, working directly with our internal teams and customers to deliver web and mobile app solutions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who can handle multiple projects at one time and coordinate with customers to make sure those projects stay on schedule and on budget. As someone who is the face of our team, constantly interacting with our customers and partners, we're looking for someone who is charismatic and empathetic, who will go above and beyond to make sure that all projects are successful and our customers are happy. We need project managers who are organized and outstanding communicators that can provide instructions and next steps to our technical team, but also pass on status updates and communicate open questions to our customers who might not be as technical.
In short, our Project Managers are the bridge between our customers and internal team to ensure each project is perfectly executed.

Responsibilities- Manage project deliverables including developing the statement of work and creating and adhering to a timeline.
- Sending out project status reports and updating customers on progress.
- Overseeing project finances and ensuring invoicing is properly billed.
- Create project timelines, manage budget and oversee quality control throughout the entire project to meet the customer's goals and expectations.
- Responsible for managing project deviations and avoiding scope creep.
- Tracking progress and milestones throughout the project timeline, identifying and mitigating risks to reduce losses.
- Leading internal team meetings as well as customer facing zoom calls.
- Work with and manage our team members in other locations including India and Colombia.
- Liaison between the Sales/Business Development team and the customer, as well as managing communication between the customer and our technical team.
- Prepare agendas and meeting materials, facilitate meetings, organize and distribute notes and action items and follow up on deliverables discussed.
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects.
- Must work Pacific Time Zone.
- Can adapt and respond appropriately to project priorities and challenges.
- Able to work independently and interface with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Strong background in Project Management methodologies (specifically Agile Kanban and Scrum).
- Strong leadership qualities, being able to visualize the end goal and drive all aspects to completion to exceed customer expectations. Be open minded and willing to learn and grow with the flexibility to adapt to challenging situations.
- Someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently to problem solve and tackle challenging customers, but also not afraid to ask questions and be a team player.
- Excellent customer facing and project management skills.
- Ability to lead projects and global teams.
- Previous experience in information technology or another related field.
- Excellent communicator who is able to clearly express plans and is detail-oriented.
- Experience with professional services/digital agency business.
- A strong technical background.
