**About Our Role:**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our Materials Recovery Team as a Waste Management Specialist - Recycling. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective collection, sorting and disposal of waste and recyclable materials.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, managing waste streams, and collaborating with other team members to achieve our operational goals.
**Responsibilities:**
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Operating heavy machinery, such as trucks and forklifts, to collect and transport recyclable materials
- Managing waste streams to ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve operational goals
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Class 1 driver's license with forklift (F), wheels (W) and tracks (T) endorsements (if applicable)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
