**About the Role**

We are looking for a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Fnz (Uk) Ltd. As a key member of our APAC payroll team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing payrolls across Australia and New Zealand locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle payroll responsibilities, including BAU, end-of-year tasks, and audit requirements.
  • Partner with HR and finance teams to review and approve payroll.
  • Analyze and resolve employee queries on tax, payroll, leave, and superannuation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and ensure compliance.
  • Lead payroll-related audits and special projects.
