About the Role

We are now recruiting for a Registered Nurse or Nurses with significant mental health experience to join our team based in Warkworth on a permanent basis. The opportunity has presented itself, allowing us to review the full-time equivalent and format within this team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely with GPs and referrals management teams to support referrals for clients who do not require significant input from secondary Mental Health Services.
  • Providing assessment, implementation of plans, risk assessments, and follow-up for clients under the recovery team.

Requirements

  • NZ Registered Nurse (comp) with a Post Graduate Certificate in Mental Health.
  • Experience in Mental Health as well as a current APC.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
