  1. Support young people and their whānau to achieve treatment goals within a harm reduction framework
  2. Develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with young people and their whānau
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders and service users to enhance the interface and liaison between Te Whatu Ora Waitemata and our service
  4. Implement Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in daily work

Qualifications and Experience

  • A recognised health-related tertiary qualification
  • Full or provisional registration with a relevant professional body (dapaanz, nursing, social work, counselling or related fields)
  • Relevant knowledge and experience working with rangatahi and their families/whānau
