Responsibilities
- Support young people and their whānau to achieve treatment goals within a harm reduction framework
- Develop and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with young people and their whānau
- Collaborate with stakeholders and service users to enhance the interface and liaison between Te Whatu Ora Waitemata and our service
- Implement Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles in daily work
Qualifications and Experience
- A recognised health-related tertiary qualification
- Full or provisional registration with a relevant professional body (dapaanz, nursing, social work, counselling or related fields)
- Relevant knowledge and experience working with rangatahi and their families/whānau
