Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package ranging from £50,000 - £55,000 per annum, including additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Control: Responsible for checking drawings and designs, highlighting inconsistencies, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  2. Materials Management: Verifies and registers materials and plant deliveries, ensuring accurate quantity and quality control.
  3. Subcontractor Management: Oversees subcontract trades and general labor, ensuring high-quality work, adherence to health and safety protocols, and compliance with order requirements.
  4. Project Coordination: Coordinates project progress, manages client expectations, and ensures timely completion.
  5. Health and Safety: Conducts regular site inspections to ensure construction and site safety meets the highest standards.
  6. Reporting and Communication: Prepares site reports, inspections, and test plans, maintaining up-to-date records and communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
