Personal Support Specialist

Job Description: As a Personal Support Specialist with the Oceania Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional personal care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care for residents, including assistance with daily living activities
- Build strong relationships with residents, staff, and visitors to create a warm and welcoming environment
- Foster a culture of respect and dignity among residents and staff
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 1 year experience in a caregiving position or similar. You must possess great people skills, excellent communication skills, and a kind and caring nature.
