About the Job: As a People Operations Specialist at Kraft Heinz, you will play a key role in driving business growth by aligning HR strategy with business objectives. This involves collaborating with C&C and COE teams to build and maintain relationships with leaders, co-create people solutions, and enhance capability and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with C&C and COE teams to drive effective business partnering.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders to influence and co-create people solutions.
  • Partner with COE teams to enhance capability and performance through cyclical people activities, including annual talent reviews, merit reviews, and performance reviews.
  • Lead and participate in initiatives to enhance and improve the employee experience.
  • Manage people budgets within allocated departments.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in a similar role, along with experience working in FMCG and global companies. Eligibility to work in New Zealand is also required.
