  • PRACTICE INDEPENDENTLY AND COLLABORATE WITH OTHER HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS TO PROMOTE HEALTH, PREVENT DISEASE AND DIAGNOSE, ASSESS AND MANAGE HEALTH NEEDS.

The Nurse Practitioner will work in a variety of settings, including primary care facilities, hospitals, and community clinics. As a senior nursing role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess patients' health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  2. Order, conduct and interpret diagnostic tests and administer therapies as needed.
  3. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  5. Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
