Auckland University of Technology (AUT) is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to fill the role of Nurse Team Lead. This position involves managing a dedicated team of nurses who are passionate about providing primary health care to university students.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience working in primary care and 1 year of experience in a leadership role, with a current NZ practising certificate. They will be an inspiring leader who drives the team to deliver empathetic and compassionate primary care to our students.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, collaborating with Operations Manager and wider university support services, and developing care models for improved health outcomes and efficiency in our service. The successful candidate will balance administrative duties with clinical responsibilities within the role.
