Strategic Partner Account Executive

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with resellers to drive sales growth and increase share of wallet. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with resellers, provide leadership and coaching to reseller sales teams, and assist resellers in making informed purchasing decisions.
ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and increase share of wallet within assigned resellers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with resellers at executive, management, product manager, and sales representative level.
- Provide leadership and coaching to reseller sales teams who manage relationships with key customers, in conjunction with distributors.
- Assist resellers in making informed purchasing decisions through roadmap reviews and market opportunity analysis.
- Understand how markets and competitors influence the selling of our products and services.
- Coordinate major activity/programs with Reseller Partners and their key sales staff.
- Develop and promote new opportunities with the resellers.
- Ensure resellers understand and can successfully promote the Lenovo product set.
- Develop and execute reseller account plans through effective management and supporting strategies with Inside Sales to ensure revenue target attainment.
- Ensure resellers have adequate access to Lenovo information and marketing materials.
- Articulate Lenovo's value proposition to Business Partners.
- Grow partner satisfaction and loyalty in Lenovo to achieve and increase in their share of business.
- Increase understanding of the marketplace.
- Build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organisation, including at CXO level.
- Possess understanding and in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and competition.
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Identify business opportunities and act on them and bring to fruition.
- Possess an excellent track record of sales achievements.
