Job Description
This role is responsible for managing relationships with infrastructure clients (electricity networks, lifelines groups, airports, etc.), driving platform adoption, and developing new business opportunities in the infrastructure sector. Working closely with the product team, this role ensures the Resilience Explorer platform delivers value to infrastructure providers while identifying opportunities for platform enhancement based on sector needs.

K ey Responsibilities:
  1. Client Success:
    • Manage relationships with infrastructure sector clients
    • Drive platform adoption and engagement
    • Deliver client training and onboarding programs
    • Monitor and increase monthly active users
    • Ensure clients achieve maximum value from the platform
    • Develop client success stories and case studies
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the infrastructure sector
    • Present platform demonstrations to potential clients
    • Respond to RFPs and develop proposals
    • Write compelling sales and marketing materials
    • Represent UI at industry events
    • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
  3. Platform Implementation:
    • Coordinate and oversee platform implementation for new clients
    • Provide technical guidance on data requirements and setup
    • Develop and deliver customised training programs
    • Create client-specific documentation and guides
    • Support clients with data migration and integration
    • Correspond with councils (when required) and data managers in understanding and acquiring geospatial data
  4. Product Feedback and Development:
    • Gather and communicate infrastructure sector requirements
    • Identify opportunities for platform enhancement
    • Keep informed on platform features to demonstrate functionality to clients
    • Work with the product team to prioritise sector-specific features
    • Beta test new features with key clients
    • Document sector-specific use cases and requirements
  5. Industry Expertise:
    • Maintain deep understanding of infrastructure sector challenges
    • Monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements
    • Develop sector-specific platform use cases
    • Create targeted value propositions for different infrastructure types
    • Share industry insights with the broader team
