Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Managed Services Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. Key responsibilities will include advanced policy management, appliance upgrades, and troubleshooting, as well as participation in an on-call rotation to respond to network issues.

Responsibilities:
- Advanced policy management and configuration of Check Point security appliances
- Appliance upgrades and troubleshooting to maintain optimal security performance
- Support for integration and onboarding activities to ensure seamless client transitions
- Participation in an on-call rotation, responding to network issues and providing timely resolutions

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in managing Check Point Next-Gen Firewall environments
- Strong networking skills, with a focus on TCP/IP and diagnostic techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus
- CCSE (Check Point Certified Security Expert) certification or equivalent experience
