Your Role
You will be a key member of our care home team, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. As a registered nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a nurse-led environment, mentoring and guiding others as needed.

Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care to our residents, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs and preferences
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support
* Develop and implement care plans that reflect the changing needs of our residents
* Mentor and supervise junior staff members, supporting their professional development
* Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues to management

Requirements
* Valid NMC registration
* Experience in a care home setting preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
