We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Early Discharge and Rehabilitation Service (EDARS). As a member of our inter-disciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide rehabilitation services to adults of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver rehabilitation services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide professional supervision to staff members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • New Zealand registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • At least 5 years of experience in rehabilitation settings
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
