Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Audiologist to join our team at Nelson Marlborough Health. As a key member of our Audiology Service, you will be responsible for providing district-wide cover and supporting our growing service. This casual position offers flexibility in hours, allowing you to work according to service needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments for both adults and children to identify hearing impairments and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Fit, program, and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices to ensure optimal functionality and comfort for patients.
  • Collaborate with ENT specialists, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to enhance communication and quality of life for patients and their families.
