We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, handle their requests and inquiries, and share your local knowledge to enhance their experience.

About Us

Mercure Queenstown Resort is a stunning hotel located in one of New Zealand's most picturesque locations. Our resort features 148 guest rooms, two restaurants, a lounge bar, and conference facilities, offering exceptional hospitality to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay by providing warm and professional service at reception.
  • Handle guest requests and inquiries with efficiency and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Share local knowledge and insider tips to enhance our guests' Queenstown experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal), have experience with Opera, Opera Cloud, or RTBS systems (an advantage but not essential), and be available to work on a weekly rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
