Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for managing and aligning affiliate and partner relationships to drive profitable and long-term revenue contribution, customer satisfaction, and increased market share from integrated product and service solutions and offerings.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of successful global accounts/enterprise solution selling with strategic partners and resellers, or equivalent sales experience, and demonstrated ability to influence at C-level.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement partner/reseller account strategy to ensure delivery.
- Establish relationships with Vodafone customer partners and leverage those relationships to win new business.
- Collaborate with virtual teams to drive the Vodafone Global Enterprise agenda and ensure alignment.
- Support new product and service solutions and ensure seamless introduction to accounts.
- Assess market trends and provide timely and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Represent customers/partners at key VGE sounding boards.
- Develop and implement Service Improvement Plans to meet NPS targets.
- Lead Innovation Workshops to introduce new products and propositions to key decision-makers.
- Participate in preparation of customer meetings and liaise with Vodafone Global Enterprise Senior Management as required.
- 5+ years of global accounts/enterprise solution selling experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at C-level.
- University Degree.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Strategic thinking and sales transformation expertise.
- Telecommunications/IT Industry experience.
