Role Overview

This permanent, full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our Kaiako and Tauira.

You will work closely with colleagues across the takiwa region, including Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Gisborne. Travel may be required from time to time. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets for each Kaiako
  • Provide administrative support to our staff
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows
  • Build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

About You:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Relationship management skills
