We are seeking a highly motivated Turfgrass Superintendent to join our team at New Albany Country Club. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our golf course maintenance department.

The successful applicant will work closely with our Lead Golf Course Superintendent to ensure the highest standards of quality and environmental stewardship. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Plans, coordinates, and supervises all golf course maintenance activities.
  • Trains, schedules, and manages the maintenance team, ensuring efficient operation.
  • Assists the Irrigation Technician and Horticulturist with irrigation systems, pesticide applications, and water management.

Qualifications: A degree or certificate in Turf Management, Agronomy, or related field is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience with prior supervisory responsibilities.
