The Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate golf course maintenance activities, including personnel supervision and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Superintendent to oversee budgeting, purchasing, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations and provide input on agronomic practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve turf health, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Degree or certificate in Turf Management, Agronomy, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience with prior supervisory responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of modern turfgrass management techniques, irrigation systems, and pest control.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and physically able to bend, lift, and endure prolonged standing.
