Job Description

We are looking for someone who has excellent planning, coordinating, and rostering skills. As a Roster Coordinator, you will work full-time, 80 hours per fortnight in our Palmerston North office. You will use your skills to plan, coordinate, and manage rosters for our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to achieve service goals.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
