The purpose of the Claims Change Specialist role is to effectively prepare for and support the delivery of project and tactical changes that impact the Claims team, ensuring the successful adoption and embedment of these changes.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Claims change plan – including identifying change management strategies and coordinating their execution.
  • Coordinating the design/redesign of Claims business processes to align with any change initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining Claims Change Management communications schedules and materials.
  • Supporting the development of training plans and materials to support any claims change initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of change management or lead experience.
  • Experience working with all levels of an organization to successfully deliver change.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching others in change management.
  • A self-starter who takes on new opportunities and challenges, is adaptable and accountable.
  • Experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Prosci change management methodology will be beneficial.
