As part of our team, you will be responsible for supervising daily routines, responding to questions and resolving problems, motivating and inspiring women to make positive changes, monitoring and managing health, safety, and wellbeing, working closely with whanau and other key stakeholders, and being ready to work 12-hour rostered shifts across a 24/7 pattern.
We're looking for individuals who can build meaningful relationships, are effective communicators and empathetic listeners, motivated to create a positive impact in their community, inspired by the opportunity to change someone's life, value integrity and role-model this every day, and have experience within a Kaupapa Maori environment or the openness to learn.
In addition to your unique skills and perspective, you should have the right to work in New Zealand or hold a Visitors Visa enabling you to attend our assessment centre within New Zealand, be available to complete the full recruitment process should you be successful after the assessment day, hold a Full New Zealand Driver Licence, and be medically fit for employment and complete a Medical Assessment and Physical Readiness Assessment.
