About the Role: As an Executive Business Support specialist, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the New Zealand Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth management of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries, priorities, and key information flow between teams.
  • Support Heads of Departments with scheduling, meeting coordination, and action item follow-up.
  • Ensure the NZ Leadership team is prepared for meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop project plan progress reports and manage expense/purchase order processes.
  • Coordinate day-to-day program activities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in organizing/managing resources and prioritizing tasks.
  • Competent use of project software such as Asana, Miro.
  • Proven experience managing a calendar of meetings and events for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills.
