Working at Rotorua Library as a Customer Service Administrator will give you the opportunity to work directly with the public and independently. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, enjoy working in a busy environment, and have excellent communication skills.

Duties will involve:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service through frontline interactions
  2. Booking and confirming client appointments efficiently
  3. Scanning documents accurately
  4. Processing payments securely
  5. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions

In addition to these duties, successful candidates will have good computer skills, be punctual, well-organized, like being busy, and excel at multitasking. If you are a team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, this role may be suitable for you.
