We are seeking a senior software engineer with expertise in NextFlow to join our team servicing a major US client. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software development and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing complex software projects using NextFlow and Python
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve project goals
  • Staying up-to-date with modern bioinformatics approaches and algorithms

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a software development role or demonstrated equivalent capability
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Demonstrated competence with NextFlow and Python
  • Applicable qualification in software development or computer science
  • Comfort with Unix command line/shell script programming
  • Solid experience with version control (Git)
  • Familiarity with modern bioinformatics approaches and algorithms for genomic sequence analysis
