About the Programme
Our Caring Caller programme is designed to connect volunteers with clients who would benefit from regular phone calls. As a Caring Caller Team Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting a team of volunteers, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the programme.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train a team of volunteers
- Match volunteers with clients, ensuring a high-quality experience for both parties
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme
