Senior Community Mental Health Professional

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes. As a senior practitioner, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior members of staff, as well as student nurses.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work autonomously while contributing to the team as a whole. You will need to have strong assessment and therapeutic skills, as well as experience working with older people who are suffering from a range of mental health conditions.

  • Provide leadership and monitor, co-ordinate, and prioritise the activities of a team.
  • Communicate complex and sensitive information effectively to patients, carers/families, and all members of the multidisciplinary team.

This role requires working with many other organisations and partners to ensure that the patient receives appropriate care. We are committed to supporting your development and offering regular management and clinical supervision.
