We are seeking a dynamic and passionate special education needs coordinator (SENCO) to lead our thriving Learning Support department at St John's College (Hastings).
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting neurodiverse and ESOL students, taking a leadership role in supporting the learning and development of students with special educational needs.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teaching staff, students, and families to develop and implement individual learning plans, utilizing a thorough understanding of assessment and application procedures to support student growth.
They will also play a key role in fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment that aligns with the Catholic values of our college.
**Requirements**
