Job Description

The Asphalt Plant Operator role involves operating and maintaining complex equipment, ensuring efficient production processes, and adhering to strict quality standards. This position requires prior experience in plant operation, mechanical maintenance, or related fields. A Class 1 license is mandatory, with a Class 2 license being desirable.

What You'll Bring

  • Prior experience in plant operation, especially in asphalt or concrete industries.
  • Familiarity with heavy diesel mechanics or plant maintenance.
  • Ability to work nights as required, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software relevant to the job.
  • Commitment to health and safety, with a focus on preventing injuries and promoting a safe working environment.
