Job Description
  • Prepare resource consent applications and manage the process through to approval.
  • Collaborate with project teams and external consultants to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide planning advice and solutions for land development projects.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support planning applications and strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • E nsure compliance with local planning regulations and environmental policies.

About You
You are an experienced planner with a passion for land development and sustainability. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player. With a Bachelor's degree in Resource and Environmental Planning (or a related field), you have at least two years of experience submitting resource consents to local authorities or processing them for authorities. Your sound knowledge of the Resource Management Act and its application in a local context is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A passion to contribute to innovative land development projects drives you forward.
