Your Role

In this key position as an FMCG Business Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence within grocery stores across the North Island. By building relationships with store managers, developing sales strategies, and optimizing product placement, you will drive revenue growth and contribute to our company's success.

Sales Planning and Execution
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed targets, focusing on key Pak N Save locations.
  • Negotiate promotional opportunities and shelf placements to increase our product visibility.
Store Relationship Building
  • Regularly visit stores across the North Island to foster strong partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create effective in-store campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the FMCG or grocery sector.
  • Strong understanding of the New Zealand grocery landscape and ability to navigate it effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently on the road.
  • Valid New Zealand driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the North Island.
