Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Team Leader at Popshelf, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment that meets company standards.
• Providing exceptional customer service to exceed customer expectations.
• Assisting the Store Team Leader in creating and supporting a customer-first store culture.
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels by controlling damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork, and facility controls.
• Performing stocking and cashiering functions, as well as other duties as necessary to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets and reducing losses.

• You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and customers alike.
• You are highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• You are a self-motivated and driven individual with a strong desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• You possess basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• You are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
