The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Activity Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and running person-centred event programmes for our facility's residents. You will work closely with your team to formulate individual activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Organize and run event programmes for residents
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to develop individual activity plans
- Liaise with the team to ensure a variety of activities are available for residents
- Support residents with social activities, diary planning, and personal calendars
- Work within a supportive team environment
