Our aircraft are equipped with GPS technology for accurate placement of fertiliser, enabling customers to maximise farm productivity while reducing environmental impact.
About The Role
We seek a skilled safety professional to join our team at Aerowork. This semi-autonomous role sits on the Aerowork Leadership Team and reports directly to the CEO of Aerowork. As a key member of the National Ravensdown Health, Safety and Wellbeing team, you will play a vital role in training, developing, and partnering with the team to ensure health, safety, and wellbeing remains a top priority.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Be an active participant in the Aerowork Leadership team
- Mentor and coach site Leadership teams and staff members
- Lead and develop projects to increase HS&W impacts throughout the business
- E nsure compliance with applicable H&S legislation and manage H&S risks and controls associated with our sites
- Influence and encourage staff to change patterns and behaviours
About You
You will be an experienced health, safety, and wellbeing professional with credibility gained through your knowledge, skillset, and ability to build sound relationships. Your passion for collaboration and finding opportunities to align across sites nationally will make you an ideal fit for this role.
