About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Digital Learning Innovation Specialist. As part of our Human Resources Division (HRD), you will be working closely with the Head of Digital Learning and other members of the team to identify learning and development needs through various activities, networks, and regular consultation with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • eLearning Authoring: Utilise knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360 / RISE 360 / Camtasia) and LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Lead the enhancement of knowledge transfer through digital solutions by developing innovative and creative e-learning and digital learning which will uplift the end-user experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and consult with divisional project leads and HSE senior leaders in identifying digital initiatives.
  • Digital Project Management: Design and develop digital learning solutions to support business needs as well as manage digital projects and programmes to support digital development delivery.
