Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Food Artisan to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and the ability to create innovative dishes. This role involves preparing and cooking various dishes, planning and designing menus, and ensuring that all dishes meet high standards regarding taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
  • Plan and design menus that cater to customer preferences or dietary needs.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, manage schedules, and delegate tasks to ensure timely food service.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or takeaway setting.
  • Experience working with Indian and Malaysian cuisine.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise and coordinate kitchen staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
