Job Overview

The Cadillac Experience Centre in Auckland is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of the GM leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales, delivery, demonstration, and customer experience targets.
  • Oversee all aspects of retail site operations, including inventory management and vehicle presentation.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with customers to build relationships and exceed expectations.
  • Train and mentor sales ambassadors and other site staff to develop a culturally strong and high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Deep understanding of customer experience strategies and the ability to embed a customer-first culture within the team.
  • Excellent communication, management skills, and an approachable management style.
  • Current NZ License.
