Job Description
We are seeking an Administrator to join our team based in Tauranga. This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday from 6am to 2:30pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently processing sales and data related to our customer base. The role requires a proactive individual who can handle various operational tasks, ensure accurate data entry, and deliver exceptional service to both our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales and data related to our customer base.
  • Ensure accurate data entry.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both our customers and internal teams.

Requirements:
Prior Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, ability to quickly learn and understand internal systems, and fast and accurate data entry skills are essential.
Education: Good literacy and numerical skills are required.
