**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our Norfolk Service as a Criminal Justice Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team to deliver high-quality services to service users subject to court orders.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of leading teams working with service users involved with the Criminal Justice system. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to lead, inspire and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational line management of a team of staff including supervision, appraisal, performance and sickness management.
  • Empowering staff to promote hope, empowerment, choices, control, and opportunities that assist service users reaching their full potential.
  • Working with your team to ensure that practices enable identification of service users who are at risk.
  • Ensuring staff are competent in delivering interventions that reduce risk to service users.
  • Supporting staff to improve service user outcomes through observed practice and timely feedback.

You Will Have:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of developing and leading health and social care services and delivering high-performance and quality standards.
  • Significant experience of leading teams working with service users involved with the Criminal Justice system.
  • Able to lead, inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to use common MS Office applications.
