Home Support Worker

Bupa is committed to providing high-quality care to our residents, and we are seeking a Home Support Worker to join our team at Accadia Manor Care Home in Tauranga. The ideal candidate will be able to provide personal care assistance with daily living and mobility support to residents.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of qualified nursing staff and management to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. They will be encouraged to develop deeper relationships with residents and their families, delivering high-quality person-first care to residents in line with their individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care assistance with daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility, ensuring residents can move safely and easily throughout the home.
- Contribute to the development of a positive, safe, home environment for residents, visitors, and the wider team.
- Fully subsidised Southern Cross health insurance for eligible permanent NZ employees.
- Wellbeing discounts and advice, EAP counselling services, study support, and cultural leave.
