We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Officer to join our team at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research. The successful candidate will have a strong background in biomedical sciences and be experienced in laboratory management.
Responsibilities:
- To perform various standard experimental assays, including PCR, DNA/RNA purification, protein extraction, and prepare sterile buffers and media for experiments.
- To assist in the organization and upkeep of laboratory supplies, taking on administrative roles such as procurement, lab safety, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
- The applicant should hold a bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences or a related field.
- Experience in high throughput sequencing and library prep will be advantageous.
