About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that HR information and reporting frameworks are developed to align with and support the University's strategic goals, policies, and procedures. This will involve:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate and concise reporting, benchmarking, and rankings information and approaches.
  • Leading and contributing to HR initiatives, projects, and processes informed by appropriate information and analysis.
  • Proactively identifying and managing risks and issues to ensure continuous improvement and uninterrupted delivery of services.

We are looking for a proactive senior analyst who can improve the provision of people information enabling managers and staff to have the right information at the right time. You will communicate effectively, explore and agree requirements, and provide accurate and timely information and advice. You will have proven abilities to work as a part of cohesive teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and maintain human resource management systems, payroll, and/or financial systems.
  • To lead and contribute to HR initiatives, projects, and processes informed by appropriate information and analysis.
  • To identify and manage risks and issues to ensure continuous improvement and uninterrupted delivery of services.
Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

  • A strong understanding of human resource management systems, payroll, and/or financial systems.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with an ability to solve problems and integrate solutions.
  • Proven experience in HR, business, or a related field, with several years of hands-on experience, including at least three years in a senior analyst role.
