The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience working in commercial banking and finance, with a strong understanding of loan, security and guarantee work, including familiarity with the PPSA.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in domestic (and cross-border) transactional financing work
  • Familiarity with e-dealing and relevant regulations (such as the CCCFA)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide high-quality advice to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and colleagues
