Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive and positive individual who can effectively communicate with clients, agents, and solicitors. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks, including conveyancing, trusts, estates, and private client matters.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage file openings and create engagement letters
  • Research property titles and company records
  • Ensure timely communication with clients, agents, and solicitors
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and document management
  • Create documents using standardised templates and online platforms
  • Prepare settlement statements and client reports
  • Address LINZ matters, including establishing digital dealings and preparing required documents
  • Write post-settlement reports
  • Support the preparation of Wills, enduring powers of attorney, and trust documents
